Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Conduct proactive outreach to local businesses to identify staffing needs and build long-term partnerships.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various job boards and social media platforms to identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Placement Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Admin Support: Maintain accurate candidate databases, prepare resumes, and manage employment contracts.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends to understand salary benchmarks and industry demands in the Sacramento area.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or HR is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new recruitment software.
- Drive: Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet aggressive daily and weekly goals.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
