Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential job candidates for various positions within our client companies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent using social media and networking.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a competitive spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No prior recruiting experience is required; we provide full training.
