Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- No prior recruitment experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn recruitment software.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed in sales and recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
