Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify high-potential candidates for various industries.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Assist in the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
Qualifications
