Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify qualified talent for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Placement Coordination: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer letters, onboarding schedules, and contract management.
- Admin Tasks: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) is highly desirable.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the staffing industry.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
