Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level positions, from requisition to offer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and challenges.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.
- Update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
