Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job candidates for open positions using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events).
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our clients.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Market job openings to attract high-quality applicants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
