Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards and social media to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen & Interview: Perform phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and availability.
- Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Placement Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients and facilitate the hiring process.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and job orders within our Applicant Tracking System.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting or sales experience required. We value attitude and work ethic over specific experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
