Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking strategies to identify and engage passive job seekers in the Philadelphia area.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit before scheduling in-person interviews.
