Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking strategies to identify and engage passive job seekers in the Philadelphia area.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit before scheduling in-person interviews.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resume Review: Analyze resumes and application materials to match the right talent with the right open positions efficiently.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Philadelphia market to provide accurate guidance to candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior recruiting or HR experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over tenure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Philadelphia, PA office location.
