Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for client accounts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs.
- Manage the full interview process, including scheduling and coordinating logistics.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting daily and weekly activity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus).
- No prior sales or recruiting experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
