Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions within our client network.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through various sourcing channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate candidate placement and placement tracking.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (staffing agency experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client and candidate satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client visits).
