- Source and identify high-quality candidates through networking, social media, and job boards.
- Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for our diverse client base.
- Manage client relationships and understand their specific hiring requirements.
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure successful placements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required for high performers.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
