Responsibilities
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to identify and engage high-quality talent for open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends in Baltimore and surrounding areas to identify new business opportunities and staffing niches.
- Candidate Placement: Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process to ensure successful placements for both clients and candidates.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Motivation: A hunger for success and a results-oriented mindset; commission-based structure is available for high performers.
