Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for urgent contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients
- Utilize ATS systems and AI-powered sourcing tools to identify passive candidates
- Develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles in specialized industries
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of filling urgent roles in Dallas market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong understanding of Dallas's talent landscape across key industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to start immediately with minimal notice period
