Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networking
- Conduct high-volume phone and video interviews with 15+ candidates daily
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and position specifications
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure seamless placement experiences
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong knowledge of Boston's job market and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quota-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
