Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place top-tier tech talent across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from client intake to offer negotiation with 95% placement retention rate
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive relationship management
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring insights to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client portfolio and revenue streams
- Maintain ATS compliance and optimize recruitment KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT placements
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates for software engineering roles
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.) and hiring methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and data-driven mindset
- Strong negotiation skills with history of closing high-value placements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
