Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Exceed monthly KPIs for submissions, interviews, and placements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and full-cycle recruitment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Tampa Bay's job market and industries
- Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
