Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job order placement to candidate onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Denver-based companies
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for targeted talent acquisition
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-fit
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in Denver market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
