Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive market research to identify and source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer letter and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly placement goals and revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse) to track candidate pipelines and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is a strong asset.
