Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and maintain accurate records.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a "hunter" mentality for sales and recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruiting software (ATS) is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
