Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and job boards to source passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorās degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software experience a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Valid driverās license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site meetings).
