Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and screening of candidates for open positions across various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from resume review and phone screens to coordinating in-person interviews.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using social media platforms, job boards, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific skill sets and cultural fit requirements.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Track and report on daily and weekly recruitment metrics to meet aggressive targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
