Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions using our proprietary recruitment platform
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to refine sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
