Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates using various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for our client portfolio.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment systems with accurate and timely information.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' industries and open positions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience and a drive to exceed targets and achieve personal goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar is preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
