The Role
As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be the bridge between local businesses and top talent. You will play a critical role in helping our clients hire the right people while helping candidates find their dream jobs.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Manage client relationships and understand their specific hiring needs.
- Coordinate the interview process between candidates and clients.
- Update candidate and client data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in industry events and networking functions to expand our reach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
