Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software to track candidate progress and metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional for remote sourcing, but required for client visits).
