Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess cultural fit for client positions
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with job seekers and key industry contacts
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution across multiple platforms
- Support team recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication skills with exceptional active listening abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn ATS systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
