Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-volume client accounts
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates across niche industries
- Lead client consultations to define talent acquisition requirements and KPIs
- Manage candidate relationships through personalized engagement and interview coaching
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment processes and candidate quality

Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agencies
- Proven success placing candidates in Tampa's competitive job market
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong network of connections within Tampa's professional community
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
