Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive search strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social networking.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from identifying and sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates within the Tech, Finance, and Healthcare sectors.
- Develop deep relationships with C-level executives and hiring managers to understand their unique business needs.
- Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral interviews to ensure a perfect cultural and skill fit.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions while meeting aggressive quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking reports to clients to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in mid-to-senior level roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce, Jobvite).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a drive to exceed targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
