Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for permanent, contract, and temp-to-hire positions across multiple industries
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and needs analysis
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement KPIs
- Expert knowledge of Sacramento's job market and key industry sectors
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and CRM tools
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
