Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with client business objectives and market trends
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless candidate onboarding
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recruitment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing high-volume, high-impact technical positions
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Strong technical aptitude to assess engineering skills and cultural fit
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Talent Acquisition Specialist certification preferred
