Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques and market research

- Utilize ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate capabilities
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent pipelines
- Monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks for technical roles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related technical field
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley
- Proven success placing candidates in AI/ML, cloud, or cybersecurity roles
- Expertise with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern ATS platforms
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously
