Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records in compliance with HR regulations
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill high-demand positions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS platforms
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for occasional client meetings)
