Responsibilities
- Screen and schedule interviews for job candidates
- Post job openings across multiple platforms
- Conduct candidate phone screenings and assessments
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients
- Assist with onboarding new temporary staff
- Track recruitment metrics and weekly performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- No staffing/recruiting experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid US work authorization
