Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential job candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our CRM system.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for future open positions.
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
