Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and job requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job postings, employer branding materials, and recruitment marketing
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client needs and position requirements
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
