- Screen resumes and applications using ATS systems
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and CRM records
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Conduct market research to identify top talent pools
- Support recruitment team with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer service
