Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using ATS platforms like Greenhouse
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update candidate profiles and maintain recruitment databases
- Assist with crafting job descriptions and posting to job boards
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns on social media
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and analytics dashboards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships count!)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
