Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize various channels to identify, engage, and screen potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Market Job Openings: Proactively market our clients' job vacancies to a network of potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a desire to succeed.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
