Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure seamless connectivity and security compliance.
- Participate in regular system maintenance and update cycles.
- Monitor inventory levels and report asset discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (if required by the contract).
