Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to internal staff.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues (Windows, Office, printers).
- Manage and prioritize IT help desk tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with software installations and system updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve support processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
