Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems

- Document incident reports and resolution procedures using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex escalations during off-hours
- Conduct preventative maintenance on critical systems during low-traffic periods
- Train weekend staff on basic troubleshooting protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with weekend/shift work
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in ServiceNow or Jira
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
