Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions specifically for weekend maintenance and support cycles.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical tickets and system anomalies with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the Product team to translate weekend sprint requirements into actionable code.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and unit testing to ensure zero downtime.
- Optimize application performance and security protocols for high-traffic periods.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully completing contract engagements.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on-site or via hybrid remote setup.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during off-hours.
