Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and prioritize weekend incident responses
- Deploy and configure new systems during low-traffic weekend windows
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Monitor network security and performance during off-hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with helpdesk tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Washington State driver's license for on-site visits
