- Perform data quality checks and validate data accuracy to support business operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to provide insights on customer behavior.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate records of analytical methods.
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
