Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of basic data dashboards and reporting tools using Excel or BI software.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
- Collaborate with the senior analytics team to interpret data findings and prepare clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain organized documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and assist in the optimization of data collection processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and functions.
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies.
