Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Support the creation of weekly and monthly performance reports and visual dashboards.
- Conduct basic data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.
- Learn and utilize reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Prepare clear, concise summaries of data findings for management review.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Business is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is essential.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Eagerness to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
