Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic SQL queries to extract data from various databases and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Identify data quality issues and propose solutions for improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
