- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide feedback on common customer issues and product performance.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
