Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of desktop environments and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate records of help desk tickets and inventory assets.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security patches and updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and office software.
